Kindred Bridges does not provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, medication administration, or medical services.

Services are personalized and provided individually so each client receives support tailored to their goals and learning style.

Submitting the Interest Form lets us learn more about your needs. Enrollment begins only after we've spoken with you, determined that our services are a good fit, and completed the enrollment process together.

Enrollment documents—including the Client Intake Form, Service Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Emergency Contact Form—are provided after your consultation if you decide to move forward with services.

Sessions are one hour minimum. Longer sessions may be available depending on the client's needs and the type of service requested.

Depending on the service, sessions may take place:

•  In your home

• At a library

• At a local park

• At a coffee shop

• In community locations

• Other agreed-upon public settings

Transportation may be available for community-based services depending on the location and service plan. Additional transportation fees may apply.

We currently accept electronic payment methods. Additional payment options may be available upon request.
